I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at the Lorne Hotel while exploring the Great Ocean Road with friends, and I must say, it truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly positioned, right by the ocean, providing stunning bay views - exactly the kind of relaxing setting I adore. Our Queen Room offered a spacious layout and was modern, clean, and true to the professional photos online, which always makes me feel right at home. The on-site bistro and bar were fantastic as well, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. We loved chilling on the large outdoor terrace, sipping drinks and soaking in the beautiful coastal air. Having a games room with a billiards table was a fun surprise and kept us entertained during downtime! If you find yourself in Lorne, I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, great dining options, and warm atmosphere. Just a heads-up-there could be some minor improvements on the service side, but the overall experience was wonderful! Definitely looking forward to returning for another island getaway!
